Q&A
- Q: Does this bed frame require a box spring?
- A: No, it does not. The bed frame comes with sturdy built-in solid wood slats that provide even, direct support for your mattress, eliminating the need for a separate box spring.
- Q: How much weight can the nightstand drawers hold? Are they sturdy?
- A: The nightstands are made from high-quality MDF and feature quiet metal slides. Each drawer has a maximum weight capacity of 35 lbs, which is sufficient for storing books, electronics, and other daily items.
- Q: How is the LED light on the bed frame controlled?
- A: A remote control is included, allowing you to easily switch colors and modes. You can also download an app on your phone to unlock more advanced features like music sync and setting timers.
- Q: Are the white nightstands easy to get dirty? How should I clean them?
- A: The nightstand surface has a water-resistant and scratch-resistant coating. For daily dusting, simply wipe with a soft cloth. For stains, use a slightly damp soft cloth to gently wipe the area, then dry immediately with a dry cloth.
- Q: Does this entire set ship in one big box?
- A: No, it does not. For safe transport, the set ships in 3 separate packages (1 bed frame, 1 nightstands and 1 dresser). It's normal for them to arrive at slightly different times, so please rest assured.
